Slim Fit Mid Grey Twill Waistcoat

I have no complaints about the quality or the price. However, the sizing is not accurate. I am a 36 regular in a suit and when it is slim fit I would move to a 38 . I had bought the suit in the Edinburgh store after trying in a different colour. The colour I wanted was ordered in and collected, stupidly I did not try on as I discovered whilst it fitted the second button closed but slightly pulled . On measuring I discovered it was 36. 75 not 38. I only realised this after ordering the waistcoat on line, again discovering the 38 is not labelled correctly. I had to reorder as I wanted it for a wedding so I preferred the 40 which needs a little adjustment. Sizing is a big issue as I ordered 4 different colours as I wanted a contrast as an alternative. All 38 in size and discovered that 1 grey waistcoat was actually 34. I main complaint is I object to paying for returns when the sizing is incorrect. The sizing needs to be checked my you QC department.

I had to return this, as it didn't fit and there was no larger size/cut. The returns service is very rapid and efficient though, top marks for that.
